Project Location: Baldwinsville-Seneca Knolls Wastewater Treatment Plant - 7737 Barbara Lane Baldwinsville, NY 13027 Onondaga County Water and Environment Protection (WEP) is looking at options to replace the existing influent pump control panel due to its age. The existing control panel was installed around 2001 and has since had some modifications made to its programming in the effort to iron out performance of the pumps, alarms, and controls. The successful bid should consider downloading the existing PLC programming to ensure operation setup is captured. Scope of Work: o Replacement of the existing control panel with a new, modern, and efficient control panel system, as detailed below. o Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the wastewater treatment facility during the replacement process. o Incorporation of an additional slot for a "future" influent pump if desired. o Retain existing modifications made to system to ensure new system functions in a similar or better manner.
