The Project is located immediately south of 1399 N. Chrisman Road at 1276 N. Chrisman Road, Tracy, San Joaquin County, California. Work includes: Installation of a prefabricated steel training apparatus structure, a 2,880 square foot modular classroom building with adjacent site improvements including: asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk and ADA ramps, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage system, ductile iron water mains, fire hydrants, interim retention basin, parking lot, electrical improvements, Electric Vehicle charging stations, grading, drainage & water pollution control and all other work as required. The planned timeframe for work is between September 2024 and April 2025. Contract time to be two-hundred fifteen (215) calendar days. Prevailing Wage Requirements. This Project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements, available at City Engineer's office or online at online applicable to the locality in which the Work is to be performed. License. This Project requires a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): Class A, General Engineering Contractor's License. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the maximum Contract Price, and a warranty bond for 10% of the maximum Contract Price. Substitution of appropriate securities in lieu of retention amounts from progress payments is permitted under Public Contract Code section 22300. DIR Registration.
