The City will host a virtual and mandatory pre-proposal conference with the interested parties. Date and time of conference will be announced via an addendum after the RFP has been distributed. All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which proposer best meets the City's needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate proposals are set forth in this RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal, this RFP, or the proposal process. The City will utilize a form of Pre-Qualification for procuring the General Contractor under the Design-Bid-Build delivery method. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
