Site work for a mixed-use development in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Bidders shall include their Arkansas license number on the outside of their sealed bids. Any bid received after the scheduled opening time will be returned unopened. This project includes the construction of eight (8) pickleball courts within the Ben Geren Regional Park and the associated grading and drainage improvements. Bidders may examine the construction site during normal operation hours of Ben Geren Regional Park. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Information regarding the number of Addenda that has been duly issued can be obtained from online. Question Deadline 06/07/2024 Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 14- 25-101 et seq. and related statutes. Sebastian County, Arkansas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Opening Date. Bidders shall inform themselves of all requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
