Site work for a mixed-use development in Liberal, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Construction of Four Pickleball Courts, Each Sized 44x20 to Be Located at Blue Bonnet Park With a Total Project Size of 60x1301. All Concrete at Slab-on-grade & Footings Shall Be a Minimum of 4 Inches in Thickness and Shall Develop a 28-day Minimum Compressive Strength of 4,000 Psi. 2. All Concrete Shall Be Fiber Entrained and Have Welded Wire Mesh Reinforcement on Chairs. 3. All Cold Seams in Concrete Shall Be Pinned With Minimum 1/2 Rebar. 4. All Posts Shall Extend a Minimum of 30 Below Grade and Be Set in Monolithic Poured Slab. City Will Provide Fence Posts to Be Set and Fence to Install. 5. All Light Pole Bases Set to Manufacturers Specifications. 6. All Surrounding Ground Shall Be Graded Smooth at Completion of Project. 7. the Project Shall Be Completed Within 14 Days of Project Start. 8. Project Start Date is to Be Determined the City of Liberal Parks Department. 9. Concrete Finish: Light Broom. 10. Expansion Joint Location - Saw Cut and Sealed.
