Work to take place within bathrooms of residences on Housing Authority Project 8-3, Site E in Sikeston, MO. This is located between School and Stoddard Streets and borders Malone on the north. Contractor to renovate bathrooms and kitchens in occupied 37 ground level dwelling units. 14 bathrooms will be converted into storage closets. 37 bathrooms will be remodeled with new plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, flooring, bathroom accessories, paint, flooring, vinyl base, fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), wood trim, etc. 37 kitchens will be remodeled with new cabinets, light fixtures, flooring, paint, range hood, washer box, etc. Full scope of work is listed on the drawings. All material, labor, and equipment needed to provide a complete and finish the job shall be furnished by the contractor unless otherwise noted. END OF SECTIO
