The scope of this project is to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance and bonding necessary, but not limited to completing Localscape Conversion at the following locations: Bicentennial Park (530 E. 8680 S.), Storm Mountain Park (980 E. 11400 S.), High Point Parkway (7800 S. 1300 E. High Point Parkway), and Creek Run Triangle (10200 S. Creek Run Way). This work includes demo, landscape, and irrigation. Please note any work in roadways will require a road cut permit and traffic control plan. This can be obtained through Sandy City Public Works (801-568-2999). Tree bark volcano removal of all trees in project areas. Refer to Specifications for addition information and pictures in attachments.
