Reference Number 0000271180 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/11 03:30:00 PM EDT The Work of the Contract includes; Clearing, grubbing and excavation for 5m wide platform area Removal of an existing culvert Installation of a new culvert Installation of bank armouring Stream restoration Installation of seed and erosion control blanket Installation of educational signage Planting of nursery stock Installation of wooden deck and site grading Each Tenderer shall include a tender deposit in the form of a Bid Bond payable to Michipicoten First Nation in the amount of 10% of the bid price. The tender deposit of the successful Tenderer shall be exchanged for the Performance Bond for 100% of the total value of the work and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond for 50% of the total value of the work, upon the award of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities at its discretion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
