Reference Number 0000303506 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/22 03:00:00 PM EDT The Work under this Contract includes, but not limited to, the following: - Earth and rock excavation and grading - In-place full-depth reclamation of existing bituminous pavement andunderlying granular materials within the community roads - Construction of Cemetery Road, including placement of granular subbaseand base materials - Removal of existing culverts Installation of new centerline and entrance culverts - Installation of new ground mounted Signs - Removal of existing three-cable guide rail systems - Installation of new steel beam guide rail systems - Riprap armoring of embankments at culvert locations Each Tenderer shall include a tender deposit in the form of a Bid Bond payable to Michipicoten First Nation in the amount of 10% of the bid price. The tender deposit of the successful Tenderer shall be exchanged for the Performance Bond for 100% of the total value of the work and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond for 50% of the total value of the work, upon the award of the Contract.
