Reference Number 0000295788 Question Acceptance Deadline 18-Jun-2025 01:30:00 PM EDT This Agreement shall commence on the September 29, 2025 and shall expire on the September 28, 2028 Agreement 5025-E-0007. Assignments prepared under this agreement will include legal and other survey services such as field surveys, staking, localized topographic surveys and engineering surveys, plan production, data processing and research. The Ministry will be advertising procurements and awarding Legal Survey Retainer Agreements for four (4) separate Geographic Areas within Northeast Region (5025-E-0006 / 5025-E-0007 / 5025-E-0008 / 5025-E-0009). Proponents expressing interest in these Agreements will only be eligible for award of two (2) Agreements. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.raqsesp.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
