Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pepin, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Village of Pepin will be accepting Sealed Bids for a project on Washington St. This is a Local Road Improvement Project (LRIP). Bids received after that time will be returned unopened. All bids should include a certificate of insurance valid through the completion of the project. Work shall consist of overlay with hot mix asphalt (warm mix will be accepted) on Washington St. from 4th St. to 2nd St. Interested contractors should contact the Village of Pepin Street Superintendent Aaron Kallstrom at 715-448-0680. The Village reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects in bids or bidding procedure, reject any or all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bidder as exclusively determined by the Village.
