Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work The work will consist of demo and removal of existing concrete sidewalks, asphalt roadway, storm culvert and sewer lines to install new storm and sewer lines. Replacement of sidewalk, curb and repaving of roadway. Three hundred and fifty (350) dollars per day including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. A bid bond is required to be submitted with bid in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the total bid price. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount due upon Notice of Award.
