This is a request for proposals for the Installation of Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) or Distributed Antenna System (DAS) on two (2) WISD campuses (See Attachment A for a list of Campuses). A. Install Bidirectional Antennas on all exterior doors and associated windows/side lines. This may need to include any extra attachments to assist in the installation of product. B. The vendor is responsible for All construction trash and scrap are to be removed from the premises as needed, to be furnished and supplied by said contractors. Contractor must supply dumpster service and billings of such services shall be billed directly to the said contractor for outlined project. C. The said Contractor(s) The named Contractor will be responsible for securing the site daily of trash and any hazardous equipment or material. This will ensure the safety of students, the general public, and the security of the school during construction. Any explanation desired by any regarding the meaning or interpretation of these instructions or any other offer documents must be requested in writing to moises.santiago@wimberleyisd.net with sufficient time allowed for a reply to reach proposers before the submission of their proposals. Oral explanations or instructions will not be binding. Any information given to a prospective proposer will be furnished to all prospective Proposers as an amendment to the RFP if such information is necessary to Proposers in submitting Proposals or if the lack of such information would be prejudicial to uninformed Proposers. Any errors, omissions, or corrections needed in the specifications shall be made known as soon as possible to moises.santiago@wimberleyisd.net. No proposal will be considered which is not submitted on the attached "Bid Document" form signed by a proper official of the supplier and submitted in a sealed envelope. No emailed, telephone, or faxed proposals will be accepted. Number of Submittals. One (1) executed the original marked "Original". The submittal must be marked clearly with "ORIGINAL" and RFP #2024-02. The Wimberley Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any, all, or any part of an offer. Wimberley ISD will pick and choose items from different vendors in order to obtain the best prices. A vendor may specify that prices are subject to an "all or none" restriction; however, this restriction may cause the RFP to be rejected. The WISD also reserves the right to waive minor technicalities or formalities considered in its best interest.
