General: o Obtain all required permits; coordinate inspections as required, and address any corrective actions noted o Provide Performance & Payment Bonds o Startup and commissioning to ensure proper operation; provide all reports and documentation o Provide training/orientation, operating manuals, and manufacturer maintenance guidelines o Provide a two-year or manufacturers warranty period, whichever is greater, on new equipment, materials, and installation o Provide safe and clean work environment o Responsible for all field inspections and for quantities and measurements of existing conditions, prior to providing a proposal o Confirm existing electrical conditions are sufficient for new equipment; update if needed o Existing ductwork is not in this project scope o Provide detailed equipment list including Unit ID, Model/Serial, and reference picture of equipment o Provide and install 2 in. x 3 in. plastic placard affixed on each unit that specifies the unit ID corresponding the equipment list
