Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.

In general, this project consists of a 14,500 SF addition that will be creating a new weight room, wrestling room, and athletic commons, as well as remodeling areas throughout the existing school. The new addition will consist of masonry bearing with brick veneer, metal panels, metal & rubber roofing, aluminum storefronts, interior finishes, and associated sitework. This will also include new MEPF systems to service the space. The interior remodel areas include demolition of the existing space/structure, new walls and interior finishes, and rework of existing systems. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in any bid and to accept any bid which the Owner may determine to be in its best interest.
