This project consists of complete replacement of the water distribution system within Westboro Subdivision, to include installation of over 21,700 LF of small-diameter water main by both HDD and open excavation, approximately 289 new water services, pavement patching and replacement, traffic control, storm water pollution control, and restoration of disturbed areas.
