SW 37th St. between SW Topeka Blvd. & S Kansas Ave. and SE Locations Q And A Open5/31/2024 6:16:00 PM Q And A Close6/19/2024 10:30:00 PM Substantial Completion of the Work will be within 45 days from the date the Start Work Order is issued, and completed and ready for Final Completion and payment within 10 days from the date when Substantial Completion is achieved. Project consists of Curb & Gutter replacement on SW 37 th St. between SW Topeka Blvd. & S Kansas Ave. and few location of SE Topeka as shown on the included aerial location maps. The intent of this project is to replace the curb and gutter with Combined Curb & Gutter (Type Varies) without damaging the existing adjacent and/or abutting sidewalks or drive approaches. High priority is given to Curb & Gutter work on SW 37th St. between SW Topeka Blvd. & S Kansas Ave. which needsto be constructed and opened to traffic quicker than the rest of the locations of this project.
