This project includes curb and gutter and gutter replacement at various locations on SW/SE 6th Street between SW MacVicar Avenue and SE Monroe Street. Q And A Open5/30/2024 6:46:00 PM Q And A Close6/6/2024 10:30:00 PM Substantial Completion of the Work will be within 45 days from the date the Start Work Order is issued, and completed and ready for Final Completion and payment within 10 days from the date when Substantial Completion is achieved. Additional days for inclement weather will be granted at the discretion of the Construction Manager. Project consists of Curb & Gutter replacement at various locations on SW/SE 6 th St. between SW MacVicar Ave. and SE Monroe St. as shown in aerial location maps. The intent of this project is to replace the curb and gutter with Combined Curb & Gutter (Type Varies) without damaging the existing adjacent and/or abutting sidewalks or drive approaches. Project may include additional work associated with or affected by the construction activities. The approximate quantities of the curb and gutter replacement project are: 1. Combined Curb & Gutter (type varies) 981 L.F 2. 3’ Wide Concrete Valley Gutter 28 S.Y 3. Remove & Replace 4" Concrete Sidewalk (width varies) 93 S.F 4. Remove & Replace Sidewalk Ramp 375 S.F 5. Aggregate Base - AB-3 47 Ton 6. Asphalt Pavement Patching (2") 12.9 Ton 7. Seeding, Fertilizing and Mulch 0.1 AC 8. Traffic Control 1 LS
