Site work and paving for a civil project in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project consists of installation of a new water main along SW Randolph Avenue between SW 22nd Street and SW 24th Street, to include installation of approximately 1,300 LF of small-diameter water main by both HDD and open excavation, pavement patching and replacement, traffic control, storm water pollution control, and restoration of disturbed areas. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date. Provisions for liquidated damages are set forth in the Agreement.
