The site is located in the Topeka, Kansas, NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 07, Township 12 South, Range 16 East (See attached USGS Area Map). The attachments illustrate the permanent improvements proposed. During construction of these improvements, soil will be disturbed as a result of excavation and other related activities.
