The City of Topeka is seeking bids to purchase 12 inch LED traffic signal modules that meet or exceed the following specifications. B. Specifications 1. LED 2. Incandescent look 3. 12 inch diameter 4. Current ITE approved 5. Current Caltrans approved 6. Modules must have a minimum 15 year warranty Bidders must provide adequate data and information for bid evaluation. Bidders must submit the following documentation and information with their bid response: 1. Bidders must upload and submit their product cut sheet with their bid response 2. Bidders must provide manufacturer part number and their company's part number 3. Warranty policy The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The awarded vendor will be expected to enter into a contract with the City of Topeka that provides the City with the option to purchase additional green and red LED traffic signal modules at the bid price for a period ending June 1, 2025. LED traffic control modules are to be shipped to the City of Topeka, Transportation Operations Traffic Section located at 927 NW Harrison St. Topeka KS 66608 FOB destination prepaid and allowed. Materials or equipment purchased is subject to inspection and approval at the City's destination. The City of Topeka reserves the right to reject and refuse acceptance of items which are not in accordance with any order. Rejected materials or equipment shall be removed by or at the expense of the seller.
