Structural system consisting of a pre-engineered structural frame supported on concrete foundations and structural steel framing system supported on concrete foundations. Building exterior walls will have insulated metal panel veneer on pre-engineered girts. Exterior fenestration including storefront entrance framing, glazed curtainwall, and doors.
