No further information this time, Water Treatment Plant Filter Media Replacement Project Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code which shall be either a certified check payable to the City of Oberlin, or a bid bond satisfactory to the City, in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the price bid. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be substantially completed no later than September 30, 2024. The final completion date is October 15, 2024. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project.
