Grays Harbor Fire District #2 is requesting bids for building envelope upgrades to Station 2-2 in
Brady, WA. Scope of work to include removal of existing plywood batt and board siding and disposal
offsite, installation of new 1/2 " plywood sheathing, new water-resistant barrier, and new fiber-cement
lap siding with fiber-cement panel siding accents, fiber-cement trim, painting of new envelope
assembly, and new hidden-fastener metal roofing system on hose tower. Contractor is responsible for
maintaining structural integrity, security, and safety during construction. Washington State prevailing
wages for Grays Harbor County will apply and certified payroll will be required.
