The Grays Harbor County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms possessing the required experience and resources to provide project management services and owners representative services associated with oversight of the project planning, design and construction of the new Criminal Justice Center in Montesano, Washington. The County is seeking an experienced firm that will bring creativity, knowledge, and extensive resources to this process.
