Renovation of a municipal facility in Montesano, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to repair and replace roofing components of the Montesano City Hall building. Work includes but is not limited to: Removing tile, battens and underlayment; Disposal of all debris; Installation of self-adhering underlayment; installing new battens, tile closure tape and flashing; and reinstalling existing tile. All Proposals must be submitted on the Bid Form furnished with the Contract Documents, and each Bid Form must be accompanied by a cashiers check, postal money order or surety bond, by a bonding company licensed to do business in the State of Washington, made payable to City of Montesano in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the time set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding 30 days.
