CANCELLATION NOTICE: The purpose of this special notice is to cancel in its entirety Solicitation Number 15B60924Q00000005 for Repair 1-Million-Gallon Above Ground Water Tank without making an award. No offers will be accepted on this solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution in Safford, Arizona intends to make a single award to a responsible entity to provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to make repairs and remedies on the above ground storage located at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Safford located at 1529 W. Hwy 366 Safford AZ 85546. SCOPE OF WORK o The Contractor shall be responsible for completing the following repairs and remedies: 1. Remove exterior ladder cage and replace with (2) 30ft wire safety climb. 2. Remove interior ladder safety climb. 3. Spot epoxy repair to the interior ceiling and ladder. 4. Install a hatch gasket 5. Install (2) OSHA confined space entry placards at the base of ladder, and at roof access hatch.
