Reference Number 0000356719 It is the intention of the City of Rochester to enter into a contract with a competent and responsive contractor for snowplowing, de-icing and removing snow from parking lots used by the Rochester Police Department (RPD). The contractor must supply at least one (1) well-maintained Pick-up Truck (4x4) and De-Ice Spreader Plow with Operator. A rubber edge blade is required. All equipment intended for use under this contract will be subject to passing a City-administered inspection.
