An annual inspection checklist that will consist of two (2) inspections per year detailing your proposed inspection process and timelines that will meet any and all applicable legislative requirements and contain at a minimum; Mechanical, electrical and control testing and verification of correct operation.
1 hour power outage testing of generator and ATS where applicable.
A 2 hour full load test (load bank) annually. This is an external load bank which is brought in by the contractor and hooked up to the generator.
Annual change of oil, filters and lubricants.
For portable units - change fuel annually and treat new fuel with premium fuel conditioner, check and maintain tire pressure.
Separate written inspection reports for each of the units for each inspection.
In addition the County of Frontenac will require an annual condition assessment for each unit covered under this agreement. Assessments will be conducted once a year during the spring/summer maintenance inspection and will contain; operational condition report, structural condition report, recommended corrective actions for deficiencies inclusive of pricing and estimated remaining useful life.
