Cleaning of approximately 900 catch and drop inlet basins (Clam Shell) and 50 catch and drop inlet basins (Vacuum Truck) within the Town of Westminster. o Price to include removal and transportation of material to designated location at the Department of Public Works, 2 Oakmont Avenue. o All permits are the responsibility of the successful bidding contractor. o Prevailing wage rates apply. o The Contractor shall secure and maintain for the duration of the project and at no cost to the Town, with respect to the services related to this Contract, insurance coverages for general, property, automobile, and workers' compensation. o A 50% payment bond is required for contracts more than $25,000. o OSHA Training is required. o The Contractor agrees to warranty parts and labor for a period of one year or more from the date of acceptance of the project to the Town's full satisfaction. o All bidders to supply a list of references. Prevailing wage rates apply. In addition, a 50% payment bond may be required The Town reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all quotes, and to take whatever other action deemed necessary to be in the best interest of the Town.
