Replacement of 17,000 SF roof with PVC membrane roof and selective demolition and repairs to masononry walls. The Scope of Work Includes Roof Replacement and Masonry Walls Repairs. Project Location: 18 Hager Park Rd, Westminster, Ma 01473 Estimated Construction Cost: $675,000.00 The Required Contract Completion Period is 80 Consecutive Days as Specified in Section 00 52 00, Agreement. Bid Security for All General Bidders and Sub-bidders in the Form of a Bid Bond, Cash, Certified Check, Treasurer's or Cashier's Check, Payable to the Owner, is Required in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Total Bid, in Accordance With the Conditions in Section 00 21 13 Instructions for Bidders. Sub-bids 2a - Masonry - Division 4 the City of Fitchburg Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in the Bids Received, or to Reject Any and All Bids, Wholly or in Part. The Selected Contractor Shall Furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in Amount at Least Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price as Specified in Section 00 72 00, General Conditions.
