German Township and Menallen Township Fayette County, Pennsylvania, are requesting proposals for the collection and disposal of solid and recyclable materials The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond for the faithful performance of Contract in a sum equal the total Year One (1) value of the Contract, which said bond will be renewed for each following Contract. The Boards of Supervisors reserve the right to reject any all bids and to waive any informality associates with bid received. By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges the decisions concerning this bid will be made in and by the best interest of German Township and in the best interest of Menallen Township. There is no obligation on either Township to select the same hauler. ***Document Note: No documents will be mailed to any bidder.
