Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Winning Bids will start January 1st, 2026, and will be valid until the end of the calendar year. All Bidders must provide Certificate of Liability, as well as any other documentation necessary. Also, none of the above bidders may be Employees of the Township of German. This proposal is made without collusion with any other person, firm or corporation. Finally, all specifications referred to above have been examined by suppliers. The supplier understands that the quantities indicated herein are approximate and are subject to change as may be required, and that all work is payable on the basis of the unit prices that said bidder provides.
