AS Needed HVAC Pipefitting Services for 2024 and 2025 This Contract will run from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. For additional information please contact: Dakota County Facilities Management Jerry Berge jerry.berge@co.dakota.mn.us 651-438-4919 The County does reserve the right to reject any quotes that are not in the County's best interest Licenses. At its own expense, Contractor shall procure and maintain all licenses, certifications, registrations, permits, or other rights required for the provision of the Services under this Contract. Contractor shall furnish copies of the above to the County upon request. Contractor shall provide Notice to the County of any changes in the above within five (5) calendar days of such change. Any violation of this section is a material breach of this Contract. No Notice of Default is required to terminate under this section.
