EMC Mid Valley Road Extension Eagle Mountain is seeking the design of a new roadway with engineering construction bid set documents for the half width of Mid Valley Road from Eagle Mountain Boulevard to Sheps Ridge Road. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this RFP shall be submitted in writing through the State of Utah's online procurement portal. Design of new roadway engineering construction bid set documents on for the half width of Mid Valley Road from Eagle Mountain Boulevard to Sheps Ridge Road which shall include: Preliminary design (70%)/Final Design (100%) cover sheet, general notes, legend & abbreviations, typical roadway sections, plan & profile sheets, asphalt pavement design, roadside ditch grading, restoration, topsoil/reseeding, storm drainage, , roadway signage/pavement markings where appropriate, roadway lighting plan, topographic survey, survey control, ROW legal descriptions, construction budget estimate, and appropriate construction details. This project will also include the design for a traffic signal at Eagle Mountain Boulevard and Mid Valley Road.
