Renovation of an educational facility in Cedar City, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for consultant services on the following project: The goal of this project is to update the existing locker room building to make it more modern and fit the growing needs of SUU. The remodel will include addressing the roofing issues, reconfigure the locker rooms including new building SF, update the training room with other areas of the building as the construction budget permits.
