The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Aviation, Renaissance and Macbeth Buildings Abatement Southern Utah University Cedar City, Utah Project Description: Asbestos abatement in all three buildings. Construction Cost Estimate: $200,000.00 Mandatory Qualification Requirements: All bidders will be required to meet the Department of Environmental Quality mandatory hazardous materials certifications for the State of Utah prior to DFCM making a contract award. Proof of current and non-expired credentials will be required at the time of the bid for all individuals, as well as the bidding organization.
