Reference Number 0000354577 Delivery Point: El Paso County, CO Purchase Type: Term: 01/01/2025 02:00 AM EST - 12/31/2025 02:00 AM EST Option: four (4) additional one year periods El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced Vendors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Various Aggregate and Graveling Materials to be purchased by the County and delivered by the Vendor, and at times transported by the County, per the attached and incorporated specifications and terms and conditions. El Paso County's (EPC) Department of Public Works (DPW) Highway Division has made use of several vendors in the past to purchase and haul aggregates to stock at various project locations throughout the County on an as needed, by project basis. DPW maintains a stock of several types of materials that need replenishing throughout the year. DPW also completes a graveling list that requires delivery of graveling material to many project locations as the project is on-going. A portion of the aggregates and materials will be transported by DPW, all others will be delivered to EPC locations by the awarded Vendors.
