Colorado Springs School District 11 is requesting proposals from Contractors to perform a large-scale renovation at Palmer High School. Maximum Project Budget: $85,000,000 this is the amount that the Design Build entity will have to control costs to meet specified District goals and objectives. Colorado Springs School District 11 intends to select a Design/Build Entity who shall conduct community engagement efforts to incorporate into the project, design the project and construct the renovations of the existing William J. This includes, but is not limited to: o The Academic Support Plan o Most recent Demographers Study/Report (Western Demographic, 2022) o Energy Performance Audit (Schneider Electric, 2024) o Updated Environmental Management Plan (Harness Environmental, in progress with estimated completion date of September 2024) o District Drawings and As Builts
