Project is for new construction of phase II of the Village at Homewood Point in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a senior housing community. There are a total of 83 apartment units: 50 one-bedrooms and 33 two-bedrooms. The project also includes a podium style garage. As of September 23, 2024, all trades have been awarded. Davis Bacon is required. Permitting is in process. Construction is expected to start January 2025. Completion is expected to take 15 months. *Subcontractor bidding may be ongoing for select trades.
