Working plans call for the construction of a 97,000-square-foot, 83-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for paving for a multi-residential development.
Project is for new construction of phase II of the Village at Homewood Point in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a senior housing community. There are a total of 83 apartment units: 50 one-bedrooms and 33 two-bedrooms. The project also includes a podium style garage. As of February 24, 2025, all trades have been awarded. The general contractor anticipates construction will start in March 2025. Completion is expected to take 15 months. Davis Bacon is required. Permitting is in process.
