Remove flooring and install new flooring to match existing flooring in The Bromfield School. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Deadline for Questions: July 15, 2024 - Questions should be submitted in writing and addressed to Mandy Ostaszewski, at the above address. Questions may also be emailed to mostasewski@sharvard.org. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Remove 16657 square feet of VCT tile flooring in the common area hallways of The Bromfield School. B. Install new flooring (Mannington Nordic Oak AMTICO Spacia LVP with prime and skim coat and adhesive or Equal). C. Supply dumpster for disposal of the old 16657 square feet of removed flooring. D. Supply and Install 4200 lf of Traditional vinyl cove based 4x4x 1/8th " thick. E. Supply and Install 240 lf of vinyl cove based 6x4x1/8th" thick. F. Ground level only-apply 2,500 square feet of moisture control primer. G. Remove stair tread on 45 steps and tile on 3 landings H. Replace 45 steps with rubber stair tread I. Replace 24 pieces of Raised Rounds Rubber Tile 20" x 20" J. Job may require small amount of patch for leveling.
