Site work and paving for a civil project in Harvard, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of installation of 8,800 LF of 12-inch ductile iron water main on Depot Road from the intersection at Ayer Road, across the railroad tracks at the end of Depot Road and through the Red Tail Golf Course in Devens, MA to an interconnection at Marne Road. Work also includes installation of new hydrants, water services, and roadway restoration. The project is funded by the Massachusetts State Revolving Fund. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals are applicable to the total dollars paid to the construction contract. The goals for this project are a minimum of 4.2 percent D/MBE participation and 4.5 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs. The two low bidders shall submit completed DBE forms (EEO-DEP-190C EEO-DEP-191C, and the DBE Certification of the United States form) by the close of business on the third business day after bid opening.
