Architectural design services for renovation of the Department of Public Works Facility. Phase I: Proceeding on the results of the conceptual design and space needs analysis completed in 2021, review program, any additional updates regarding energy efficiencies. The duties of the designed shall include, but need not be limited to, providing design services for the schematic, design development as well as cost-estimating and necessary sub-consultant work. If construction funding is approved Phase II work encompasses: preparation of construction documents, bid phase services, and construction management. The Town may elect to award Phase II to the Phase I firm, or may generate a new RFP for Phase II.
