On-Call Traffic Control Services SCOPE OF WORK 1. Work described in this contract shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide on-call temporary traffic control services such as but not limited to traffic control plan preparation, work zone setup and take down, flagging, barricades, cones, signs, traffic control devices and portable changeable message signs within the City of Corvallis using Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) certified flaggers Questions Due June 5, 2024 4:00 p.m. Questions seeking clarification about this Request for Bids must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. Description The work consists of providing on-call temporary traffic control services such as but not limited to traffic control plan preparation, work zone setup and take down, flagging, barricades, cones, signs, and portable changeable message signs. Services will be ordered on as-needed basis via Task Orders under a three (3) year contract, with the option to extend up to two (2) years. No guarantee of any minimum or maximum amount of work is made, multiple contract awards may be made, and the City reserves the right to contract for similar services outside of this contract. It is anticipated that all work performed under this contract will be subject to prevailing wage rates.
