Oval Grove Vinyl Siding and Soffit Installation Question Deadline 06/21/2024 at 3:30 PM ET Questions Submissions due to Tracy Blackwell tblackwell@nbhact.org HOUSING AUTHORITY FEDERAL DESIGNATED PROPERTY The Housing Authority of the City of New Britain is soliciting proposals from licensed Contractors under the laws of the State of Connecticut, to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete all work as specified or reasonably implied in the RFP, relating to Twenty-Seven 2- Story Apartment Building a 1-Story Community Center and a Maintenance/Storage Facility to provide Insulated Vinyl Siding and Soffit Installation with water-resistive barrier systems over Shearing. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR Twenty-Seven 2- Story Apartment Building located in and around Malikowski Circle a 1- Story Community Center located at 12 Dobek Road and a Maintenance/Storage Facility located at 80 Malikowski Circle to provide Complete Insulated Vinyl Siding Installation and Soffit Installation with water-resistive barrier systems over Shearing. I. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Housing Authority of the City of New Britain (hereinafter the Authority) is soliciting proposals from licensed Contractors under the laws of the State of Connecticut, to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete all work as herein specified or reasonably implied relating to Twenty-Seven 2- Story Apartment Building located in and around Malikowski Circle a 1-Story Community Center located at 12 Dobek Road and a Maintenance/Storage Facility located at 80 Malikowski Circle to provide Complete Insulated Vinyl Siding Installation and Soffit Installation with waterresistive barrier systems over Shearing. II. TERM OF CONTRACT: This agreement shall begin on the date of execution and remain in effect for a Period of one (1) year with one (1) one year extension option. Not to exceed two years.
