The City of Cartersville is planning to construct the following facilities on property owned adjacent to 237 Allatoona Dam Rd and Joe Frank Harris Parkway. The prospective CMAR will provide preconstruction services which may include technical review, cost verification, cost evaluation, value engineering, schedule development, and schedule evaluation, in addition to management of the construction. The CMAR will be expected to work collaboratively with the Design Professional to develop separate bid packages during the course of the project. In addition, CMAR will be responsible for methods of construction, safety, and the scheduling and coordination of the work of all construction and miscellaneous contracts required for completion of the project within its predetermined budget and schedule. The successful CMAR will be required to work harmoniously with the Design Professional and the Owner.
