Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Chip and Friction Seal. The project consists of applying chip-seal and friction-seal on streets in various locations throughout the City of Cortez as identified in the attached plan documents. After placement, street striping will be applied matching existing configurations. Striping along 7 th Street and Empire Street will use new configurations. All work is located within City of Cortez right-of-way The City Reserves the Right to Waive Any Formality or Any Informality in the Process of Awarding a Bid. The City Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bid, in Whole or in Part, and to Reject Any or All Bids if It Be Deemed in the Best Interest of the City to Do So.
