The Director of Administration/Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects in same, or to choose to make purchases other than strictly in accordance with price considerations, and/or to choose other than the lowest bidder, if it be deemed in the best interest of the Town of North Haven. This specification is for the provision of general repair and maintenance services. The required services will include, but not be limited to, the following: light carpentry, sheetrock repair/replacement (including finish), repair work which does not fall under the occupational licenses categories, door and window hardware, ceiling panel replacement, siding repair/replacement, and related work throughout the Town of North Haven, CT with respect to Town-owned and maintained facilities, including facilities operated by the Board of Education.
