Renovation of a medical facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Ottawa Hospital General Campus is seeking construction contractors to be included on a roster of prequalified vendors for up-and-coming MRI/PET and Medical Imaging Projects. The Ottawa Hospital has issued a Request for Supplier Qualification of General Contractors to qualify themselves, as well as their team of Electrical, Mechanical and Abatement Subcontractors. Teams that are deemed qualified and included on the roster will be invited to bid on the opportunities. The preparation and issuance of this RFSQ is the first stage of a two-stage competitive process. During the first stage, the Pre-Qualification Submissions will be used to gather information and assess the Respondents' capabilities and qualifications and used to establish a Roster of teams of General Contractors, along with their Mechanical (HVAC), Mechanical (Plumbing), Electrical and Abatement Subcontractors that may, during the second stage, be invited to bid on The Ottawa Hospital General Campus MRI/PET and Medical Imaging Projects. All interested parties should download the corresponding documents from MERX (www.merx.com), reference number 271744. The Ottawa Hospital will be accepting submissions from General Contractors for this Request for Supplier Qualification until 14:00:00 EDT on July 16th, 2024, unless otherwise amended.
