Plans call for the construction of a New City Hall Building and Public Works Building with new Parking and access roads. Project includes (2) Buildings. The first building is a new 1-story City Hall/Police Station Building that is approximately 13,600 SF. It consists of a steel frame with metal stud commercial construction, areas of CMU with brick veneer and EIFS. The second building is a new 1-story Public Works Building that is approximately 13,0000 SF. It consists of a pre-engineered structure, CMU, and brick veneer. The project will also include sitework, parking lots, exterior lighting landscape/irrigation, and interior finishes. Estimated construction budget is $7,000,000.00. The work to be done consists of two (2) buildings. The first building is a new one (1) story city hall/police station building that is approximately 13,000 sf. It consists of a steel frame with metal stud commercial construction, areas of CMU with brick veneer and EIFS. The second building is a new one (1) story Public Works Building that is approximately 13,000 sf. It consists of a preengineered structure, CMU and brick veneer. The project will also include sitework, parkint lots, exterior lighting landscape/irrigation and interior finishes. General contractors are to familiarize themselves with the scope of work and include all aspects of work to complete this project. The work is to be done under one General Construction Contract which will include General, Mechanical, Electrical and Ancillary Construction work complete as required by the Contract Documents.
